The Land Group is a real estate brokerage that lists, sells, leases residential agricultural, and commercial real estate. We operate in the Central valley specializing in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced County.
Commercial:
We specialize in commercial projects that we can add value by repurposing or expanding the investment value through a lease ups. We have a system of identifying economic needs, identifying locations, then using our network of investors and clients to complete a project.
Multi-family: The multi-family division identifies projects that are under valued then develops a rehab plan, then executes the rehabilitation plan for our investor. We start with the initial real estate transaction, move to rehabilitation, and end with lease up and property management. The ultimate goal of our multi- family transactions is to identify, purchase then stabilize a project for the investors.
Industrial: We transact industrial from large manufacturing / food processing or warehousing to small industrial flex space. We have worked through sales, leasing, and repurposing to lease up.

Office: Our office agents evaluate each property based on market sales and lease commas in the area of the property. We research demographics and other type of professional businesses in the area. We complete a financial breakdown of the property including evaluation of the HOA feeds if applicable and the services provided through an HOA. Types of office space transacted include Medical. Professional Services, General, and small single use.
