Property Management
The Land Group is a real estate brokerage that lists, sells, leases residential agricultural, and commercial real estate. We operate in the Central valley specializing in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Merced County.
Monthly Services:
- Collect monthly rent and maintain rent rolls.
- Record and pay accounts payable.
- Prepare and maintain all tenant leases.
- Monthly financial reporting and owner distributions.
Administrative:
- Enforce all State, County & City Ordinances.
- Draft and serve all general correspondence to tenants.
- Service of 3-Day notices.
- If eviction is needed then owner is responsible for paying legal fees to process.

Property Operations:
- Regularly visit and inspect the property.
- Supervise and inspect all repairs.
- Get bids on large repairs or capital improvements.
- Respond to all emergencies as needed (a Land Group employee takes calls around the clock.)
Leasing:
- Market vacancies on multiple websites.
- Process Applications – Credit Reports, Rental History, Evictions and Criminal Background Report (note: The Land Group keeps all application fees to cover the cost of these reports).
